Corporate Client - A legal entity or individual entrepreneur who has entered into an Agreement with the Operator, assigning at least one Subscriber Number. Corporate clients agree that the actions of their employees in connecting (as per section 4.1 of these Rules), disconnecting, and using the subscription to the Content are considered their own actions. Any actions or inactions of Corporate Clients mentioned in these Rules are also applicable to their Users.
Operator - LLC "UMS," a company providing communication services under licenses, which is a party to the Agreement with the Subscriber.
Service Fee - The fee charged by the Operator to the Subscriber for subscribing to the Content.
2. Description of Content Subscription
Under the content subscription, the Content Provider offers the Subscriber access to games hosted on subscriber devices and entertainment mobile applications through a browser (without download options) daily. The games are available on the Content Provider's website: http://goaproduct.com.
The Subscriber can use the content subscription with their subscriber number.
3. Conditions for Providing Content under Subscription
The Content Provider offers the Content to the Subscriber according to these Rules. The content subscription is executed using the Operator's network equipment and resources. The Operator charges the Service Fee for providing the content subscription.
The Subscriber can accept these Rules by placing an Order as specified in section 4.1. If any User performs an Order as specified in section 4.1, the Corporate Client is considered to have accepted these Rules.
Only Subscribers who have the necessary rights and capabilities according to the applicable laws of Uzbekistan can subscribe to the content.
Subscribers must have the necessary equipment to place an Order and receive the content subscription.
The Content Provider is fully responsible for ensuring the Content complies with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Procedure and Methods for Ordering Content Subscription
To order a content subscription, the Subscriber must visit the Content Provider's website at http://goaproduct.com and review the detailed rules for providing services. If the Subscriber agrees with all conditions, they can activate the service by clicking the "Subscribe" button on the activation page or by sending any SMS (except "STOP" and "STOP1") to the number 4590.
After receiving the Order (consent to subscribe to the content), an SMS will be sent to the Subscriber containing information about the connection and the terms of providing the content subscription.
The Subscriber's actions as specified in section 4.1 indicate their consent to subscribe to the content under the terms set by the Operator and Content Provider, and their agreement to receive free SMS notifications about the subscription and other terms.
5. Procedure for Unsubscribing from Content
The Subscriber can independently unsubscribe from the content by sending an SMS with the text "STOP" to the number 4590. The unilateral refusal by the Subscriber to subscribe to the content is considered effective after 90 calendar days.
6. Price and Payment Procedure
The Service Fee is determined by the Operator and deducted according to the procedures set by the Operator. The Subscriber can review the Service Fee amount and deduction procedures on the Service page where they placed the Order (consented to the content subscription) by clicking the "Subscribe" button.
7. Restrictions on Subscribing to Content
Subscription to the content is not guaranteed if the Subscriber's equipment does not support the required format for playing or viewing the content.
Subscription to the content is not guaranteed while the Subscriber is in national or international roaming and outside Uzbekistan.
These restrictions on providing the content subscription do not constitute improper delivery and are not grounds for refusing payment or recalculating fees.
The Subscriber may only use the content for personal purposes and may not distribute it to third parties by selling or otherwise alienating it. The Content Provider is not responsible for the Subscriber's illegal actions.
By accepting these Rules, the Subscriber agrees to the above restrictions. If the Subscriber does not wish to use the content subscription under these restrictions, they are entitled to unsubscribe as specified in section 5 of these Rules.
8. Other Terms
During the process of providing the content to the Subscriber, the Operator must properly notify the Subscriber about the terms of the subscription by sending SMS from the number 4590.
The Subscriber can accept these Rules by placing an Order as specified in section 4. The content subscription ends when the Subscriber refuses to receive such a service or the Operator terminates it as per section 5.2 of these Rules. Termination of the content subscription leads to the cessation of providing the content.
If the Subscriber refuses the content service, the subscription will only be reactivated if the Subscriber places the Order again.
